ThefilmtellsofthemerryandcarefreelovelifeofyoungOlof(HerrLarsHanson)awoodsmanwhoduringhissearchfortruelove,seducesmanyfrauleins(justlikethisGermanaristocrat…well,notexactlybecausethepurposeofthisHerrVon’sseductionofrichfräuleinheiressesaretheirgreatfortunes…).Hewillsufferdisappointmentanddeception,allthoseproblemsthatturnupinanylovingrelationship.Finallyhewillfindresponsibilityandmaturity,learningduringhisparticularquestthathisactionsalwayshaveconsequencesindifferentdegreestothepeoplearoundhim.ThisHerrVoncandescribe“SangenOm…”asakindofcomingofagefilm,thespecialintrospectivegrowthtowardmaturityofafreeandeasyyoungster.
